The Evaluation and Project Selection Committee met November 10 to finalize project rankings for the 2015 CoC Application to HUD. The committee recognizes the importance of all projects included in the application to reach our community goals to end chronic homelessness in 2017 and end family homelessness by 2016. The committee ranked projects based on the project evaluation scores, CoC and HUD prioritization criteria to rank projects based on priority. Reallocation sources and uses are indicated on the attached project ranking sheet. All projects with a reduced funding amount had previously agreed to the reallocation. The committee did not decide to reallocate any additional funds.
The list will be presented at the Executive Director’s Meeting Thursday, November 12 at 9 a.m. and at the meeting of the Service Providers and Professionals Association (SPPA) on Friday, November 13 at 10 a.m. Both meetings will be held in the annex at 2475 Canal Street.
