UNITY, in partnership with the Apartment Association of Greater New Orleans, operates the web-based UNITY HousingLink affordable housing locator. Only rents 80% or below the so-called “Fair Market” rent level are listed on this website. Free and available to the public, UNITY HousingLink allows renters to search for affordable housing and allows landlords to post affordable housing rental listings online for free.

UNITY HousingLink is the only web-based housing locator tailored to the New Orleans area, with UNITY staff actively recruiting new landlords daily and assisting people in searching for housing and the only database in the state to focus exclusively on affordable housing. At any given time, UNITY HousingLink has at least 500 listings of affordable apartments or houses for rent.
