Pair of men recruit homeless to help with scam

Three stories about this scam, on WWL TV (above) and in the Advocate and on Nola.com/Times-Picayune. The men coax homeless people with IDs to "return" items to retail stores, sell "found" copper to recycling agencies and cash bad business checks at banks....
