Renewal projects meeting the early submission deadline will receive additional points in the project score. |

| CoC Direct Grantee Renewal Applications Due in e-SNAPS | Monday, November 15, 2021 | CoC Direct Grantee Applications Due in e-SNAPS by 12:00 pm to be considered by the CoC for inclusion in the local application submitted to HUD and have the project included in the project rankings. |
| Project Scores Distributed to Renewal Project Applicants | Friday, November 12 | Renewal Project Applicants: Project scores will be distributed via email to each renewal project sponsor indicating the criteria and data used for the scoring. Project sponsor has 7 days in which to submit a correction request before the projects are ranked. |

| Final Project Rankings Released | Friday, December 17 | Final Project Ranking Released: Final notification to all project applicants of the projects that are accepted and ranked, rejected, or reduced with reasons for rejection or reduction. Final rankings provided to applicants via email and posted on the UNITY website. |
