CoC Funding Priorities

On August 15, 2023, the CoC Governing Council adopted the attached 2023 Funding Priorities after receiving input and recommendations from the People’s Council, Racial Equity Task Force, community stakeholders, people with lived homeless experience, and homeless service providers. Input was received during in-person focus groups, on-line listening sessions, and survey form. Thank you to the 100+ people who attended meetings and provided input on funding needs, service gaps, and program strengths.

Suggestions for CoC Funding Priorities and Project Scoring Criteria

The CoC is interested in suggestions from community organizations, people who have lived homeless experiences, and other community partners about community needs, funding priorities and criteria for scoring and prioritizing projects for funding.
