Information for Project Renewal

All Project Sponsors of HUD CoC grants (Direct Grantees and Sub-recipients) must complete and return an application to the Continuum of Care (CoC) to request renewal of CoC funding in the 2023 funding competition.

1. Intent to Renew

The first step is for current grantees and project sponsors to indicate an intent to submit a renewal application which will:

-Indicate that the applicant is requesting CoC funding through renewal of an existing CoC funded project;

-The applicant affirms commitment to providing matching funds as required;

-The applicant affirms that it meets HUD and CoC threshold for renewal funding. See the link for complete list of Threshold Review Criteria.

Intent to Renew information must be submitted to proposals@unitygno.org no later than Friday, August 11.

2. Local CoC Competition Application

The local application will be used by the CoC Evaluation and Project Selection Committee to score and rank projects that will be included in the CoC application to HUD. The application will be available on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.

The deadline for renewal applications is Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Applicants are encouraged to meet the early submission deadline of Friday, August 25 by 5:00 PM to receive bonus scoring points.

Applications must be submitted to proposals@unitygno.org
